• Develop the HR and Recruitment agenda along with the related processes, projects, and activities;

Atelier Munro is looking for someone with a well-rounded foundation in Human Resources. The sort of person who will derive energy from developing fellow Team Leads, building the HR department, and executing improvement projects.

You will ideally have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education;
• minimum 4 years experience, with retail experience being a plus;
• several years of leadership experience;
• strong advisory and coaching skills;
• a helicopter view with a pragmatic, hands-on attitude;
• a decisive and optimistic mindset;
• project management skills;
• up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field;
• excellent command of the Dutch and English language.
